We are being DDOSed so I have nothing else to report back to you yet apart from my host is shit and is taking the fucking piss can even block a few ip addresses. Well I will look for another host because I don't want to pay these guys over £300 a month for some shit service

I will not pay and I don't care how long the site will be down for.

Just downoald peerblock onto the server and get a crap load of lists loaded and maybe this douchebag's ip will be in one of them
Just grab the ip from the server logs, and redirect all requests originating from it to www.FBI.gov

Can xsellize block the computers that are sending the DDoS messages? It shouldnt be hard as the IP address(es) that are sending the attck would have sent a lot of messages and u can track the IPs of the messages.
@Imperial - No, they can't. Reason being is because they are paying a hosting company to host their site on their server, meaning they have limited control over it. The next reason is because a DDOS attacks floods the server with traffic by using a ton of bots, which have spoofed IP's, making it extremely difficult to find the attackers real IP.
